Create your laundry account and select your washing preferences. Remember, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you.
Leave your laundry bags out the morning of pickup day (generally outside of front door). A trash bag or laundry bag typically has 20-30 pounds in it. Please put your name on the bag. Your delivery driver will reach out when they are on the way!
When your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded and hung at your designated drop-off location in WaveMAX laundry bags!
Schedule a pickup – Create an account and schedule your pickup. Weekly subscription service or one-time services available. We partner with local delivery drivers including Uber and Door Dash. It couldn’t be any simpler!
Daily pickup and delivery windows from 9am-11am and 5pm-7pm. Standard pricing of $1.99 per pound ($40 minimum order) plus delivery fees for 24-48 hour turnaround times. Same day service of $2.99 per pound ($50 minimum order), order needs to be placed by 10am. Please leave your clothes in a sealed bag with your name on it.

a. Sort clothes based on lights and darks and separate linens/towels from clothes
b. Wash on our standard cold cycle, and dry on medium heat in our industry-leading Electrolux machines
c. Neatly fold and package clean clothes ready for delivery. We sort clothes, so they go straight from the bag to your drawers! Collared shirts, dresses, and dress pants will be returned on hangers in a hanging bag
We will deliver your clean and sorted clothes to your front door! You will be notified via text when your driver is on the way. Your laundry is done!

read moreNo, we will not wash and dry your clothes with other people's clothes. We understand that you may have specific laundry needs or preferences, and we want to respect your wishes. We will wash and dry your clothes separately from other people's clothes to ensure that they are handled according to your instructions.
Our standard pricing (1-2 day turnaround) is $1.99/lb and same day service is $2.99/lb. Delivery fees vary based on distance to the laundromat, we cover the first $7 of fees. Delivery is powered by Uber and DoorDash
A full laundry bag (20-25 lbs) should cost $50-$60.
We treat them as our own! WaveMAX uses the best machines available. We have brand new Electrolux washers and dryers that utilize the most advanced technology to clean your clothes. Our standard wash cycle is using cold water with Gain or Tide detergent. We separate colors and whites, and also separate any linens or towels. Special requests can be accommodated.
We will neatly sort and fold and return to you in the bags they were picked up in. We take great pride in our folding, our goal is to make it as easy as possible to go from laundry bag to drawer!
The safety and handling of your items are our #1 priority! We have several processes and controls in place to prevent this from happening. However, mistakes do happen, we are committed to making you completely whole the best we can. Please let us know as soon as you can about the specific issue and we will work together to right the wrong. The max liability WaveMAX will be responsible for is $500 for any lost/damaged items
