Create your laundry account and select your washing preferences. Remember, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you. Your clothes are always in good hands, from our drivers to our trained staff!
Our driver will text you when they are on their way so you can put your laundry bags out.
When your clothes are cleaned, and neatly folded, our delivery driver will return them, ready for you to put away (if you want, we won’t judge)..
After our driver has picked up your laundry, it will be brought to our Haltom City location where our professional team will wash, dry and fold your laundry according to your specified preferences.
Everything will be washed and dried in our state-of-the-art machines which feature our Omni- sanitization system, ensuring the cleanest wash possible for you and your family.
We will wash your clothes on cold, dry them on medium, and carefully fold and package everything ready to be delivered back to you.
We'll take care of all the separating for you! Please let us know if there is anything special you would like done with your clothes. We try to accommodate all requests.
No, you don’t have to weigh your laundry. We have a scale on-site for weighing clothes before they are washed! This helps ensure the best results for your laundry.
We clean our machines regularly be it a washing machine or a dryer. We have our standard set of hygiene rules and regulations that all machines are cleaned regularly to promote safety and cleanliness inside our laundromats.
We're always grateful when our customers take the time to inform us about any issues with their orders. This rarely happens, but if it does, we'll work hard with you to find a fair solution!
Most of the time, probably not a lot. But if you leave them unattended for too long, they might get stolen. We are not responsible for your items left unattended inside the facility although we try our best to provide a safe and secure facility. We also do our best to keep an eye out for any suspicious behavior in the facility and we will contact the authorities if we find anything questionable.
We know how important it is to get your laundry done quickly, so we let you start the last wash 30 minutes before closing. You can even use the dryer until all of our clothes are completely dry! Closing times vary by location.
