Our Kiosk excepts CASH and all major CREDIT CARDS. You can also use EBT cash benefits cards as well as Google or Apple pay.

What is a Laundry Card?

The Laundry Card is a reloadable card that is used to pay at each machine. When using a laundry card you can instantly see your balance remaining, your usage details and even get a text message when your laundry is complete. Our attendants are standing by to assist you in getting your reloadable card from our kiosk should you have any questions. Please note that all sales are final and refunds cannot be given for remaining balance.

What happens if I lose my Laundry Card?

No Worries! if your card is lost or misplaced the remaining balance can be replaced on a new card using your phone number. Please note that this requires your card be registered with your phone number. Registration is done at the kiosk and takes under a minute. Although its not required to register your card it is highly encouraged. Attendants are standing by to assist should you have any questions on how to register your card.

Are laundromat washing machines clean?

Laundromat washing machines are routinely cleaned. However, it's always a good idea to check the machine before using it to ensure it's clean. Here at WaveMAX, our machines are cleaned and inspected regularly, so you can rest assured that your clothes will come out clean and fresh. You can even run a 'Sanitize' cycle to rinse the machine thoroughly using the OMNI Solutions UV sanitization system.

Do you accept credit cards?

We are happy to take all major credit cards for our self serve and wash-dry-fold service, so you don't have to worry about carrying any cash or coins!

How do you use a self-service washing machine?

To use a self-service washing machine, you'll need to add your clothes to the machine, lock the door, add your detergents, select the cycle you want, set your laundry card on the card reader and hit start. After the cycle is finished, you'll need to remove your clothes and put them in a dryer.

How does self-service laundry work?

You’ll need to purchase a laundry card from the attendant or vending machine. Once you have your card, you can activate it by putting money on it at the register. These machines take cash and credit cards. After your card is activated, you can begin using any of the washers or dryers in the laundromat.

We know how important it is to get your laundry done quickly, so we let you start the last wash 60 minutes before closing. You can even use the dryer until all of our clothes are completely dry! Closing times vary by location.
